Most engagements start with a Discovery Engagement — a clear-eyed plan for how AI fits into your business. From there, you can take the plan and run with it, or bring us in for the implementation work. Custom builds and monthly partnerships are available when they're the right fit, not by default.

A fixed-scope discovery engagement. We sit down with your business, look at how you actually work, and identify the specific workflows where AI tools and automation will save you measurable time. You walk away with a written assessment, recommended tools matched to your actual workflows (no vendor allegiance — whichever option fits), and an honest read on what's worth doing now, what should wait, and what isn't worth your money.

Tier 01 · Essential $1,500/month

3-month minimum

  • A monthly working session (60–90 minutes), scheduled on a fixed slot each month
  • A monthly AI brief tailored to your business — what's new in the AI landscape and how it applies to your specific work, not a generic newsletter
  • Priority response within one business day for new questions or small changes
  • A quarterly check-in on the systems we deployed — still working as intended, still the right tools?
  • On-demand tool evaluations — when you hear about something new and want a real opinion on whether it fits
Tier 02 · Comprehensive $3,000/month

3-month minimum · everything in Essential, plus:

  • Longer monthly working sessions (90–120 minutes) with more proactive direction-setting
  • Faster response SLA — same-business-day for urgent questions
  • Proactive new-tool recommendations (not just on-demand)
  • A deeper quarterly strategic review covering broader business and competitive context
