We start with a conversation to understand your business, then a scoped Discovery Engagement — the written assessment is the first deliverable. You get a prioritized roadmap of exactly what to build, in what order, and what it will cost — before any implementation work begins.
02Design
We spec the integration or deployment against your actual systems. Not a reference architecture borrowed from someone else's business — a design that fits yours.
03Hand off
You walk away with a plan you can execute on your own, or with our help. If you want us to implement, we'll scope it separately — your Discovery Engagement isn't a sales funnel.
